Querious seamlessly integrates with virtual meeting platforms to provide real-time legal insights and automated meeting summaries allowing you to maximize advice and minimize admin work.

Adding Querious to Your Virtual Meetings

Via Querious Website

  • Visit app.querious.ai and click 'Get Started for Free'.
  • Sign up with your email and information.
  • Check your inbox for an automated email from support@querious.ai and click the confirmation link to verify your email address.
  • The confirmation link will take you to a page where you can select your plan (Free, Core, or Enterprise). Follow the prompts to sign up.
  • After signing up, log in at app.querious.ai/sign-in .
  • Navigate to 'Integrations' and click 'Connect' for Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Authorize necessary permissions to complete the setup.

Via Zoom App Marketplace

Via Microsoft Teams

  • Open Microsoft Teams and go to Apps.
  • Search for 'Querious' and click 'Install'.
  • Complete the setup in the App Marketplace.
  • Log in at app.querious.ai/sign-in . and connect your calendar under 'Integrations'.

Using Querious in Virtual Meetings

Real-Time Insights

Querious provides in-meeting legal insights, suggested questions, and content references.

  • Start a virtual meeting and click the Querious ('Q') icon to open the sidebar.
  • If the sidebar does not appear, click 'Add Bot' in the Querious panel.
  • If no prompts appear in the sidebar, ensure your microphone is enabled.

Post-Meeting Summaries

Querious generates a summary including key legal issues and a draft billing entry.

  • Summaries are sent automatically to the email associated with your Querious account after the meeting ends.
  • If the summary email does not appear a few minutes after the meeting ends, check your spam/junk folder and ensure emails from '@querious.ai' are included in your safe senders list.
  • Ensure the meeting ended properly and Querious was active.

Via Zoom app

  • Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  • Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the 'Querious' app.
  • Select the 'Querious' app.
  • Click Remove.

What happens when I remove Querious?

  • All permissions will be revoked, and Querious will no longer join meetings.
  • We delete user meeting data.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Installation Issues

  • Didn't receive a confirmation email?
    Check your spam/junk folder and ensure emails from @querious.ai are included in your safe senders list.
  • Cannot log in?
    Ensure you are using the same email registered with Querious and your password is correct.
  • Integrations not appearing?
    Go to 'Integrations' in your Querious dashboard and try reconnecting.
  • Bot not showing up in meetings?
    Check that Querious is enabled in your Zoom/Microsoft Teams permissions.

Zoom-Specific Issues

  • Querious is not joining my Zoom meeting
    Ensure Zoom Apps are enabled in your Zoom account settings.
  • Querious sidebar is not displaying in Zoom
    - Click 'Apps' in Zoom and manually select Querious.
    - Ensure your Zoom client is updated to the latest version.
  • Querious stopped working mid-meeting
    - Check your internet connection.
    - Restart Zoom and try again.
    - You may need to manually add the bot by pasting the meeting URL at the bottom of the 'Upcoming Meetings' tab and click 'Add Querious.'

General Questions

  • Does Querious store meeting transcripts?
    No, Querious does not store audio or transcripts. All audio and transcription data is deleted after processing.
  • Can I remove Querious from my meetings?
    Yes, follow the removal instructions above.
  • What happens to my data if I remove Querious?
    Meeting data is deleted. Summaries and insights are no longer accessible. Account details remain for billing purposes.
